did you just remove the ram from steering? or did you pull it and plug lines? if your testing with the truck on? you have a bad seal in your ram.. allowing fluid to work against it self.. if you the truck is off i would remover the TRE at the pitman arm and see if you have that same issue did you over tighten or shim it wrong with the new studs


Blaaaahhhhhhhh

I'm having a hard time understanding a lot of that mega. I unbolted the ram from the tie rod and tested it with it still bolted to the bracket on the axle. I used the same shims as were beneath the arms before. I tightened to 71 foot pounds as is called out.
