This weekend I will begin prepping the front axle for the SAS. I already rebuilt it before the wreck so all is needed is the SAS kit (ordering friday) and to shave off the torque arm bracket, and weld on a top mount axle truss to help the weaker 81 axle out a bit with strength. Next week I will take a few days off of work to do the SAS.
Unfourtunately the Front Range Off road crossmember was bent since the frame was tweaked, however we have a machine shop at work and Im gonna see if they have a press that can bend it back straight.
I wonder if its under warranty?
