Yeah, it's been a while, and I'm tearing out the cobwebs, but I don't want to start a new thread since one already exists... Plus my build is starting to move along, and I've got an 8274 I figured I'd throw out some ideas and see what the gen pop says   :muscles:

Here's some that I found online... I like most of them, but I was hoping to get some input and direction before I send off any CAD designs to my CNC shop..

The other images I found, I really didn't like the look of them, but that one is one I could live with... Except I'd like mine to be inside this bumper I'm designing right now:

Now... I've also heard of a couple people mounting them behind the cab, on the driver's side, and running a pipe on the inside of the frame rail, and just having a fairlead on the bumper. It would mean that I would have a pretty cool "Hidden" winch except for the fairlead on the front bumper... But it would also mean that I'd have to have a snatch block permanently under my truck, as well as "forcing" me to figure out how to convert the clutch to a pneumatic piston..  :headshake: Probably the least desireable for my build...

Any more ideas?
