I put this one on my 22re 1988 4Runner after I realized how difficult it would be to fit the larger GM type.  It works well.  I still had to do a little grinding to make it fit, but it was doable.

My only complaint is that you have to rev it up for awhile to get it to start charging.  It doesnt start charging at idle right after you start the engine.  Once its charging, it WILL charge at idle.
