Cant remove any of the smog equipment. Everything 67 and newer gets checked. If you live far out of city limits, in the boonies you can get a waiver and not have to do smog at all. HOWEVER! the people woking at the emission stations are kinda out of the know and as long as you have a jumbal off
under there they'll pass you. I passed the CO and HC with flying colors but failed because some of the old bull crap emissions systems were gone. I had to throw the systems back on and passed with the same CO and HC.
