It lifts it now. I filled it with jack Oil (adn Stop leak). I'm sure the over weight damaged a seal. It was super low on oil (3.5 - 4oz low). Topped it off and it lifted it again. Guess I'll just do this hillbilly fix until I wanna spend more on a 2+ Ton jack.
