sounds like a timing chain too loose and has jumped a tooth throwing the ignition timingout of range, pull the valve cover and check to see how tight the chain is


if its loose you will need to replace the chain tensioner and guides

also some times the timing chain can sound like a valve noise( tick tick tick)  how many miles U got ?  and when was the last time it was done.
also do U get a pinging when accelerating?

Look at my avatar   thats my bottum T-gear    6 teeth wasted  that thing make a hell of a noise I wasn't shore what it was at first,  it came and went  for a while till it was constant.
