Probably too late for the OP but here is another idea. Use an extended brake line for the rear, MCBR-131, which is male to female and the same length as the front extended lines. That way the line goes directly to the caliper with no extra fittings or hard line.
Is this still long enough without the extra few inches of the hard line?
