Both..my previous toyotas were dual purpose.fully built,exo'd ,dual cased,dual locked on 36/37 inch tires.if its built properly it can be dual purpose(for me anyways)..I dont want a caved in,windowless cut up buggy if that's what your asking.it must be street legal,reliable and preferably rust free..jeep has around 85k and very well maintained.no pets,no smoking,never been mud bogging or rock crawling.im 2nd owner(adult),I've owned it for about 5 1/2-6 years.
