Even with running 5.89s, the 22R would have been a dog spinning the 44s. I'd been planning on doing a small block swap in a couple of years once I had a chance to recoup some of the cash that went into this part of the build. I found the TH350-Toy case adapter used for $100 and was able to sell off some of my Toy drivetrain to cover the small block and the trans. 2 yrs. came a lot sooner that I thought.  :driving:
