You will need front and rear axles, transmission and transfercase for a 22r, front and rear drivelines, front and rear leaf springs, front spring hanger, new steering,wheels and tires, cross member, and the ability to weld(or pay someone to weld for you).

Based on what you are wanting to do, it would be better to clean up your 2wd and sell it, then take the money from it and what you would spend in parts/labor($2-5k+) and buy a 4x4.

You might also consider just turning your truck into a pre-runner, i.e., small lift, bigger tires, re-geared rear differential w/an ARB air locker for added traction.
