yes you can get a hose clamp large enough, they make hose clamps that are 6" in diameter, maybe larger
I'm aware that hose clamps are available in large sizes, but my question was specifically for the fuel injection hose clamps that were suggested by emsvitil. Since fuel injection lines are small I wasn't sure that the clamps would be available large enough.
