I've never seen one that uses those roll pins instead of springs to hold the main pins in place. If you know the diameter and length of the pins you need you can just buy some dowel pins that size. You don't have to buy any kind of special "locker pins", any hardened dowel pin should work. Try your local machine shop , most machine shops keep a good selection of dowel pins.
