Finally tore into the runner this week. Another ifs hits the scrap pile  frame all cleaned up. Waiting for shipment to arrive, which has frame stiffener plates and shock hoops. I hope to get to bun in some metal this week.

The list: :turtle:
     Set jigs/ drill shackle holes
Set and burn in front spring hanger
     Install springs
Mock up axle/build (30 spline longs, 5:29 with Detroit locker, axle service kit provided by marlin crawler)
Shocks and mounts (bilstein 5125's 14") marlin new shock hoops
     Make up new driveshaft

Swap out 21 spline tcase input to a marlin 23spline input
     Install dual tcases 2.28/4.7

After that I need to address the rear. Currently sitting on coils, need to swap in some leafs
Was thinking about ford leafs for the rear the measure much shorter than the chevy 60's
