If you have a 22re cam (from an EFI truck) it might run kind of lousy but if it came from a 22r it should be just fine.  In theory the carb cam should create more manifold vacuum, I think.

If you look at most aftermarket grinds they are identical applications for 22r, 20r, carb, efi whatever which tells me it shouldn't make too much difference.

Anybody else have anything to add?
