Nothing jumps out at me looking at those. It is to be expected to see some oil fouling on these old engines, but that is not bad at all. they look good, and the red tint is normal. I would not be concerned with those plugs at all.

I pull plugs on a daily basis that make those look like new plugs. I wish I had a picture of the plugs I pulled out of a dodge van with 170k on the clock, they were original plugs, and not platinum! They were suppose to be changed every 30K.
