I would replace the starter contacts, cost is a couple of bucks for parts available from almost any parts store. The hardest part is pulling the starter, but do-able at home. You might want to replace the fuel filter (not related) but easier to do with the starter already removed. The contacts are small L shaped copper parts.
I should have added (sorry) replaced starter and electronic portion of the ignition.
Fuel filter is newer.
The problem is this is intermittent (big time) and I have only had it happen once while I was around.
My daughter drives it. Last time she had an issue with it at work and went down and it fired right up.
