I of course have had everything apart when I did the motor swap. It is possible I didn't get something connected. I usually run all defrost, and I don't have any of the stock heater duct controls left. But regardless the fan just doesn't seem to blow. I knew I should have grabbed the whole Taco dash when I got the motor, wiring and column. Looks like its time to soup up the fan to match the RZ motor. Hmmm..... heater fan cams and a header??
OK just ordered a Tacoma motor/fan, let the swap begin!!!!!!!!!!
