We have a message that appears to new members at the top of posting pages which says, "
Hello <user>, in order to unlock certain features such as adding attachments, you must have more than 11 posts. Click here to start a thread in the New Member forum so we can get to know you! (You currently have <posts> posts)."
It just occurred to me that it's possible new members can be using the Quick Reply box and then will never see this message, so I've now made the message appear at the top of any thread page as well as posting page.
