OK. 11/27 is too long to go without response. I agree with that. If they tell you the order will take a month and you agree, fine. I there has been a month with no communication that is unacceptable.
I still say you're not getting your money stolen. They are just slow.
Communication and reciprocity are the key to ANY relationship.
