what does the status of your order say on your account info? if it says still processing, just relax. There is a link to contact them on the store website. Use it!
I just checked and wanted to make sure that I updated everyone. I was finally able to login after numerous failed login attempts, my order has already shipped and it even gave me a Fedex tracking #. Good luck Toxic, hopefully yours is also in the works.
