Sad to say I am going through the same dilemma though I just placed my order 12/26/2013. I fugured with the holidays it would take a while but as Toxic mentioned I have not been able to get ANY info on my order, I have attempted calling and sent an e-mail and no reply. I wasn't too concerned yet until I saw this thread. Now I'm left wondering if I should just call my bank and cancel the charge.
what does the status of your order say on your account info? if it says still processing, just relax. There is a link to contact them on the store website. Use it!
