Draftsight is free also. There are some other free ones but they are typically 2D drafting. If you want good 3D then you'll have to pay. I use Geomagic/Alibre and Solidworks, I prefer SW but can't afford it for home so I use Alibre which s almost as good and a bunch cheaper.
