I used a snap-on gasket scraper, but the glue under my runner was hard. I think it got that was from the Cali heat up in nor-cal.I drive with the top off in the summer, outside temp can reach 117*. I cut the carpet just before it drops down to the rear seat, just to see what i was dealing with( hard glue) got a brass hammer and my gasket scraper and it came right off.
