The RZ debate can't be and will never be solved. I hated the low end and no top end of the 22re, I love the revving top end power of my 2RZ I doubt there would be that much difference in general between the 2RZ and 3RZ the way I wheel.
I would go with what you find for a good price buy it.
 The dyno info is good but there is more to it that that. Real world use. What is your driving style? What  diff gears? What trans? Dual cases? etc. Tire size and amount of tread even. Don't forget the mentioned DD syndrome, if your truck is a street machine then the greater midrange of the 3RZ might be favorable.
I swear by the 2RZ because that's what I found for the right price and I think that's were the roots of this are.
Whichever you choose the RZ motors are a great swap. I like the 2RZ and will until I build a 1UZ setup.  :D
