I was planning on pulling everything out of the housing, is that a good idea or a waste of time?  And will de-greaser and brake cleaner get it clean enough? Thanks for the input

Be very very careful about using brake cleaner. You want non chlorinated, if you use the regular chlorinated and any amount, like a drop or less can create a gas that can kill you or ruin your health for the rest of your life. While welding that is.
Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?
