take a dial indicator and place it at the bottom of the tcase out put flange. next take a pry bar and place it inbetween the body and tcase out put flange pull down and read the dial indicator if it moves over .010 then its more than likely your out put bearing is out of specs and allowing excessive dl movement causing a vib hope that helps
