Yes I was bleeding them in the correct order, and I don't have the LSPV I took it off and got the Summit adjustable valve.   

Thanks for all the advise.   I got the pedal feeling alot better, I adjusted the rod that goes from the pedal to the MC.  She's stopping like a new one now!
