Yes, it's tan/brown and in pretty decent shape. $10/offer shipped; I can do a continuity test before I say it's 100%.

Strangely no; with all the bells and whistles the 4Runner had, a tach was not one of them... I thought that was standard on SR5 packages. Maybe it was switched at some point...  :dunno:
