yea,,the ifs cv's look like there more beef,,but do need to be clearanced to get more angle..It sounds like you have other issues some where..an 84 85 cv should work just fine..I am running 2+ inches or drive terrian lift and a few inches of suspension lift and my cv's are fine,,out of an 84..is your rear end angled right?are you worried over nothing?have you lifted the rear of the truck to test for bind?you really don't need tat much angle in the back..I think it looks like you need more then you do..Just checking to try to save ya some work..
