I'm not familiar with that brand... for that kind of money I'd stick with a known name like Hella, which has a great reputation for high quality products. And they are actually a bit cheaper with a standard Hella bulb, which is very effective. Here's one source:

Oh btw whatever you get, please don't get blue bulbs. Not just because of the glare towards oncoming drivers, but because they don't work well at all. It's extremely hard to see anything at night with them. They block all the visible light except blue.... very bad.
