just did this on my truck with push pull. actually bought parts from tgmaul. all the brackets and tensioner have there own spot on the upper right/ fron of the engine. make sure you have the 3rd pulley on ur crank pulley, its held on by 4 little bolts. push pull box mounts exactly the same. if you use a 1984+ (correct me if im wrong) reservoir, make sure its mounted higher than the pump. i can take pics of my 81 22r if you need them
'81 pickup 5vzfe, r150f, 35's, welded 5.29's, f150 rear springs, Rears up front, TG dual adapter w/ 2.28's
