I have no idea what part that is, I don't even have an ebrake in my rig 
anyway yeah I will check it out this weekend and pull it all.
So, it was a little pin that slides in there. I found mine rolling around the cab. I put it back in, and it fell out again, then I put it back in with red Loctite. Seems to be holding. Got a switch at the pull a part. Thanks anyway.
