I HAVE YOUR ANSWER       
Put it in 5th gear and start the truck,  let out the clutch.   
your clutch has seized to the flywheel,  i had my motor out for a month installed it same thing.  couldnt get it to work. put it in 5th gear  started it, let the clutch out, it broke it free,  i dont know thats was my fix
