Caster is not adjustable on solid axle Toyota's. Two quick methods that come to mind are 1) spring perch shims and 2) shorter length front shackles.

Spring shims would be something like this, and would rotate your front pinion up to help get your front drive line out of the rocks and bring your front caster closer to center
