Just google toyota sas instructions. You can look at Marlin's, All-Pro, Sky, TG on- line instructions and plenty of build threads with pics.

I put mine centered between the body mount. I wish I would have put it a little forward, the jig pushed against the front of the mount. About where your mark is above the shackle in the last pic.

Don't cut until you are sure it's where you want it.
