take a heat gun and cheeck the real temp, I installed a new sensor once and my reading doubled check the temp still super low? Idunno lower hose is cooler check muliple points heater hose also are you building pressure at all? squeez the hose and see it it holds maybe a coolant line is plugged feel temp of hoses manually see if one is cold?
