To me, them telling you that you can't take off the time, especially with this kinda advanced notice, is a 
way of saying you're a valued employee. How can they possibly know that it wouldn't be feasible for you to be away then? Chrystal ball? 
to me it says "we dont want to do your job while your gone" it also says "f-u" i should take advantage of it and get my ruf, histeer and 3 link rear done. who wants in on that?

yea, well, i have gone (or tried to b4 breaking) every other year at this point. no biggie, i just had such a good time last year, wanted to do it again soon lol
