If you paid more than $1000-1500 for the Runner, you will likely lose money selling it if you doen't repair it first.  However if you bought the Runner w/wheeling in mind, it might be best to sell it even at a loss, take the cash you would have spent repairing it and buy a truck w/the 22r or 22re in it.  There is a lot of glass and sheet metal w/a Runner that can easilly get damaged off road, especially with a new wheeler behind the wheel.  A 3.0 rig also costs more to build when it comes to lockers and dual cases then the 22r(e) does, so what money you may lose on selling it now you would likely save when building up a 22r for the trail.
