solid axle on the dunes
« on: Jan 04, 2015, 10:40:49 PM »
Any suggestions for basic suspension tweaks for playing on sand a bit? Not trying to build a trophy truck obviously just planning on some weekend fun

Currently bone stock 82 on 33s

So solid axle and leaf sprung

Hard to see on my phone but it looks like you might have hucked a bit too big

Have one other short video of climbing a decent size dune although as usual video does no justice to the actual size of the dune.

Don't discount how good a nice wide set of street tires will do for you on the dune

Give a man venison, he'll eat for a day. Teach a man to hunt Blacktail, he'll be frustrated for life!

Absolutely mate! Right now it has 33x10 5 mud terrains and they actually did well, but when it's time for new tires I'll likely get 12.5s in a decent all terrain
