Superlift, Procomp, Rancho, and Trailmaster all offer 4" lift kits for the 3rd gen pickup. You can clear 33" tires no problem and with just a touch of clearancing on the firewall. Chaos fab and downey also make lifts for these, but I believe they both are weld on and much more expensive. If you are just looking for something to clear bigger tires I would just go with the bolt on. These are just my opinions. I've used the Superlift personally and it worked well.

Also if you need more clearance than the lift gives you could also get a set of fiberglass bulge fenders.
