Down the freeway with Toybox...

It's in, it works, the brakes won't hold it back (in L+L)..!!!

Lots of details to clean up...  but thrilled overall...

Remind Marlin that I dropped on my old TH400 at the shop...  He had a buyer for the output shaft and adaptor...

come to think of it I took the first drive with mine just last week (man it has been sitting for a long time). The 2 different size bearings on my workbench (little ball bearings) still have me scared, but your supposed to have extra parts right?

So.. the single case works - is anyone else running this now?
