strong 4runner exo's

post pix, 4runners are hard to make strong because there isnt the ability to run an X or V behind the front seats...just lookin for ideas...

Hey booger,

why not just bring a cross bar just behind your driver and pass. seat?

I doubt your rear passengers would mind if you had to reach over it to hand them their bean burritos

that makes sense, but you have to cut into the top or body, and potentially create leaks for rain and snow...

  if your worried bout the leaks try using like rubber seals that goes around windows and doors.  They are flexible so under vibration i would think it would still keep it sealed   :idea:  just my .02

While I have not started mine yet,I have plans in the works.I am planning a bolt in bar across the top and the rear that can be taken off so the top can be removed then the bars can be bolted back into place,,As far as x bars go I would think anything you do you leak or would leak when goint into or through the top.. :.order:
