What do you mean by running for a while? Idling or driving?

More info would help, but if it happens when it's cold and not been driving around enough to warm the gear oil up, I'd make sure you are using the right weight and not something too heavy.

my bad, i can still shift into gears but with difficulty/pump on clutch a few times while trying to shift into first. after about 15 min. of driving around it shifts fine. i noticed when its been driven around all day and hot  it gets hard to shift into gear too. i use 80/90 gear oil. and i have a new ceramic clutch with marlin heavy duty transmission . it worked fine in the summer time but now its winter and cold so i  notice that. i havent tried bleeding the system yet though. im thinking it could be something else like maybe a warn slave or it need a different slave to push fork more...i dont know and looking for some advice or tech on it...

I would try the simple stuff first. Last time I saw a problem like this I was with a field crew in southern Peru and they were all scratching their heads about how to get our field truck to a mechanic when it wouldn't go into gear. I bled the clutch in ten minutes saved us all a big headache and earned me a lot of respect

Yup Lewis is right, bleed the clutch.  Had the same thing in my '80 in the winter time when we would do lots of fording to go haul feed to horses. Had to bleed the system every once in a while.  Eventually I got a fresh clutch slave and some synthetic brake fluid for it.  The synthetic, although not necessary, doesn't suck up moisture as bad as regular brake fluid.

Def. look at the clutch system, Bleed, Fresh fluid, proper pedal adjustment etc.
