That's right! That is the spot where we pulled his front axle apart and he left a mess in my driveway. Now that he has a garage I need to return the favor.  :joke:

Old engine oil is the best stains real well but you didnt hear that from me. You could even mix some burnt ep80/90 with it so itll stink but this was definately not my idea

This setup is not recommended in the user manual,  a 70/20' cut, it could go horribly wrong and/or break my wrist....

70/20'? Does that mean a 70 angle on 20' of what?

70/20'? Does that mean a 70 angle on 20' of what?

That means the notcher is set to 70 deg to cut the tube at 20 deg youll see why after. Its only designed to do 60 deg.
I could do it with the plasma but the notcher makes it so theres less cleaning up of dross and its more accurate despite the fact its Harbour Freight  :outtahere:

No, its pants. poorly made, not very well designed if it was designed at all, usual Chinese :pokinit:
Dont buy Bosch saws for notching, too hard! good for holes in plate though.
I was about to change it out for a shiny new Addax. I believe Starrett constant pitch would probably be the best
