That's right! That is the spot where we pulled his front axle apart and he left a mess in my driveway. Now that he has a garage I need to return the favor.  :joke:

Old engine oil is the best stains real well but you didnt hear that from me. You could even mix some burnt ep80/90 with it so itll stink but this was definately not my idea

evidently the pins in a rdb050 bender arnt strong enough..... for 2" 1/4wall

This setup is not recommended in the user manual,  a 70/20' cut, it could go horribly wrong and/or break my wrist....

 That means the notcher is set to 70 deg to cut the tube at 20 deg youll see why after. Its only designed to do 60 deg.
I could do it with the plasma but the notcher makes it so theres less cleaning up of dross and its more accurate despite the fact its Harbour Freight  :outtahere:

Your hole saw looks like it's missing a few teeth. I didn't know HF made a tubing notcher. Is it any good?

No, its pants. poorly made, not very well designed if it was designed at all, usual Chinese :pokinit:
Dont buy Bosch saws for notching, too hard! good for holes in plate though.
I was about to change it out for a shiny new Addax. I believe Starrett constant pitch would probably be the best

Ive looked, visibilty of the tube and saw when your setting up and working is not great. Nicely made though. Baileigh still my choice.

What birthday? Diamonds have only one use and thats in tools so i guess its just not happening
