Wow that's pretty crazy! Why so much?
Its $2400. But even then
That is outrageous. A complete set of 6 pistons and rings any size you want for a 12v cummins is only $300. I don't see how a toyota piston could be of any greater quality to make them worth their weight in gold. What's the plan now?
That steve is a cool guy ain't he!
Tea with mik though. As I'm from the south I drink sweet tea. Witch living in the PNW I can't get, so I drink coke. "Lots of coke"
Oh no. I don't drink Pepsi. Soda Vs Pop is the big difference I have notice. I'm still not sure what pop is?
I thought a "Coke" in the south wasn't necessarily referring to the actual brand and was more of a general term?
Love the truck, awesome job!Where did you get the factory looling triple stick shifter leather boot? Looks super clean. Im in the process of doing the same thing and want it to look like factory.
I think the new plan is to order some standard size Pistons for $200 from Milner Off-road (unfortunately they don't offer oversize Pistons) then have my machinist re-sleeve and bore all four cylinders to standard. Then I should be on my way.
