To do list for you:
c-gussets
Inner axle sleeves and or truss
Synergy ball joints
Cut the purple with light blue wire under center console and attach a toggle (esp will mess with you when the steering is off from wheeling ) this cuts the loop so you can drive safely without it trying to engage and take over.
Weld washer to frame side tracbar mount 9/16 washer and 9/166 bolt 4" with shoulder
If your night blind swap a 5000k hid conversion cheap and easy

Weld washers on the front or rear? Or both.
My steering wheel was off after the lift and the abs was all funky for a little bit and after maybe 2 miles it was fine. I hear the autos have a lot more problems with it. Purple wire mod is next and my rubicon t case

Not much going on in the JK life. Took it to the snow with Mudmaster and Blackdiamond. Jeep did will, My wife was less than trilled with snow wheeling lol. She felt like we were going to slide off the mountain at any time, at least until we got to the deeper snow. This weekend I am going to go over to Zippos and install my 4:1 t case and change my trans fluid and bolt check before our trip to the Hammers. I am ordering some wheel spacers too so I don rub on the inner fenders when I flex.

I didn’t take any pics of the install. Other than the driver side top bolt being in a terrible location and the drive line bolts being like 3 inches long and tight the whole way it was a smooth swap. Had the front flange rub on the shifter linkage bracket but that was fixed with a little grinder action. I got some wheel spacers for it as wel finally. It looks good with them on too. I’ll get some pics soon. Should Laos install the cb this weekend as well

Well I have been rolling dirty with no spare tire for quite some time. I needed a new bumper for real recovery points as well as a basis for a tire carrier. The carriers are wicked expensive like 1400 bucks for a good one so I am going to build my own. I am gonna go get some metal this week and start the build on Friday at Zippos house

I have some uhmw  on order for the end to rest on. Gonna paint and install the bumper so we can measure where the spare needs to go. Thanks again Zippo for letting me use the shop

I have a 3rd brake light, reverse light, wiring on the way. In the meantime I am going to California to help my dad with his surgery. The bumper is goin with me and I am gonna install it when I am down there. Zippo and I figured it would be easier to set up the tire placement with he bumper on the jeep. I also need to get a wheel for my spare.
Also as many of you know we had some gnarly weather last week. Here are a few pics I even got stuck on a snowbank going to my inlaws house.

Bumper is on. Broke one bolt that had some rust. Damn Canadian rig. It has 7 bolts holding it for now. I’ll take care of the 8th when I get home. We are also going to start the tire carrier soon for my spare.

the snow started out pretty good but sucked later on. It was really dry and I got stuck a few times.

only damage of the day for me was pretty comical. I was flexed and my fender popped off and I ran it over and the inner fender as well. Took about 5 minutes to fix once I got home.
