Update for those that are interested.

I got these tires put on at 213,626 miles on my tacoma.  The truck now has 236,194 miles on it.  So that means I have put 22,568 miles on these tires so far.  According to Bfg's website, these come new with 15/32" of tread on them.  Mine are now down to a hair under 10/32" of tread on them.  So that means in 22,568 miles they are at 67% tread (rounded).  I have only rotated these tires twice, so who knows if that has hurt the wear of them at all.  :dunno:  I have been extremely happy with them and will most likely buy them again when my truck needs another set of tires.

Nice!  I gotta say, I know few who've worn them as well as you!

Great news,I'm getting a set in 305,on Tuesday.

Some jerk slashed my tire last Friday at the hardwear store. The only good side about it,I had been on the fence on which to get Mud or Allteraine.

Going with allteraine, after seeing them in person.Truly a great looking tire.

Great tires... they are a bit on the soft side but no complaints.. Very beefy though I caked a rock doing at 30 blew the wheel damn near in half and the tire didnt even flinch

Update: (cross posting from another thread)

I now have 244,950 miles on my truck so i have 31,324 miles on my tires. They measure within a thousand of an inch between all four tires and i have only rotated them 2-3 times i think.  8.5/32" - 9/32" of tread left after 31,324 miles and new they came with 15/32 according to bfg's website.  So worst tire has 57% tread left if my math is correct. :gap:

Overall, I have been very impressed with these tires and would not hesitate to buy them again.

That's great, man!  How often are you rotating them?

Truck is about to roll 284,000 miles soon.  Which means these tires have RIGHT about 70,000 miles on them.
I ran over a bunch of nails a while back and had to get two warrantied out, but this picture is the original tire from when this thread started.   I want to keep driving on them just to see how many miles I can get out of them, but I think I may go get a couple new ones to have a “new” set soon.

I couldnt find my tread depth tool in a quick look this morning, so it probably melted in my other truck, but if I can find it I will post actual tread depth if anyone cares to know.  I could always go old school and use a penny for comparison.

That's crazy!  I don't see an indicator but I'd guess 4-5/32".  What do I win if I'm right?

70K miles on a set of tires is great! That's more than I have ever gotten from any tire, on any vehicle.

Tread depth gauges are cheap, pick up another, everybody should have one.

I’ll search more for my gauge when I have time. Maybe on my way back from lunch.  If not I’ll throw a penny in the tread and take another picture!

You can win the tires if you want them. :gap:  but you have to come get them the day I take them off.

Looks like even with a softer tread, their mileage is the same as their 30yr old predecessor.  The first set of 33 AT's I ran, I was at 70k and about the the same tread depth as you when I bought a new set for winter driving and wheeling.  Since that set, my tires tend to age out before they ever see 30k miles.

I would guess yours are probably good for another 10k of road life left in them.

Looks like Nate was right.   Have you been around tires before Nate?
So to be more accurate, tires have 69,684 miles on them since I installed them in this picture.

My rear tires I put on November of 2017 I believe.  I bet there is at least 15k miles on these. But I can verify that some other time .

Review: Are very  nice ridding on the road, dig well in the dirt, were very, very impressive in the snow, but are the biggest waste of money if you have even an inch of mud. They will not clear mud out of them even redline'd at 60 mph. Would buy for a daily - would never put on a truck that might cross a creak.

I have had my KO2's on My DD for a few years now and am about to replace them.  DD = 2004 tacoma with 33x10.5x15

They were awesome tires. Worked well in fresh deep snow, much better than Goodyear Duratracs I had on previously.  Drove down many mining roads with very sharp rocks and the sidewalls never showed any signs of scratching or scrapes. The same trails would lightly cut the sidewalls of all previous tires. I would run them again but I am deciding to try the KM3's on my DD.

they are designed to run a bit softer and quieter than the previous model.
