Power Steering Box Adjustment Screw

Is this bolt/screw reverse threaded? (The one will the least amount of grease on it at the center of the 4 mounting bolts.

Its a pain to reach and get enough leverage to crack the bolt for me.

Any harm in soaking it in PB Blaster or similar?

Trying to check the adjustment.  Too much steering freeplay :(

Standard threading.   

It's a jam nut,  loosen the nut, then you can turn the screw.
