I may have an opportunity to take a wheeling trip in March and I am not sure where I should be thinking about going. I live in Western Washington and could have a window from a Tuesday to a Sunday available. It isn't quite long enough to be worth driving to Moab as it would be most of four days on the road for only two on the trails. The Rubicon came to mind, but I think it is too early in the season, right? Is there any other hot spots I should be considering?

If I were you I would take a cruise around WA and then down the coast and wheel everthing from Naches to Tillimook and anything in between. You should be able to wheel something every road day. Maybe end on the dunes by Pacific City just for something different.
